Home Sales Increase Nearly 14% In The 4th Quarter Of 2009
According to the National Association Of Realtors, Home Sales nearly increased by 14% in the 4th quarter of 2009. However, less than half of the Metro Regions, 67 of 151 saw higher prices in the 4th quarter of 2009 year to year.
Median Home prices were down 4.1% year to year. This is the smallest price decline in nearly 2 years. This shows us that home prices are stablizing in the low end to median price point range.
